Why do the training of the GET method! Gymball Evo Training®?
The world of fitness is booming and always requires instructors updated on the latest news and in any case able to propose activities that can last over time. During the training you will learn to use the gymnastic ball that we call GYMBALL, but which is often known as fitball, in a functional and fun way in time to music.

How to participate in the training and become a certified instructor?
You can choose two ways, depending on your needs:
- if you live in Italy and you want to work on the Italian territory for fitness centers, ASDs and SSDs affiliated with EPS / CONI, continue on the website of the only authorized training school, then go to NonSoloFitness and will allow you to get, in addition to all the benefits of GET! Instructor Qualified, to receive the Technical Card and the National Diploma. You can choose whether to follow the course in FAD mode (online distance learning) or on-site, in the major Italian cities, by consulting the available dates.
- for the rest of the World we have the quality certification recognized by the NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine) and you can buy the course in this website. The course will be held entirely online, with videos in Italian, but subtitled in your language. PDF book in Italian / Spanish / English, as well as the slides.
